Properties of Water

This text uses an array of images to describe water’s unique properties, and provides examples of the importance of water’s properties for life. Through a discussion of electronegativity, polarity, and hydrogen bonding, this text also explains cohesion, adhesion, water’s density in liquid form versus solid form, water as a universal solvent, and water’s high specific heat.
