Reflecting on Your Cultural Lens

How can educators build cultural competence to better support diverse groups of STEM students? This case study encourages educators to reflect on their cultural perspectives and any assumptions they may hold about different cultural groups. It also explores how these perspectives can impact racially diverse students in STEM, and offers activities to help educators challenge them.
