Phases of Interphase

Phases of Interphase

The cell cycle is divided into 2 main phases: interphase and M phase. The cell spends most of its time in interphase, which is divided into G1, S, and G2. The phases of interphase cover cell growth, DNA replication, and preparation for cell division.
