A Community Intervention to Reduce Indoor Air Pollution

How can communities come together to address the health inequities that they experience? In this scrollable interactive, we consider the example of indoor air pollution, which is partially caused by housing inequalities in Buffalo, New York. We use this case study to explore the effects of this inequity on Buffalo’s lower-income residents, and discuss a community-based intervention aimed at reducing indoor air pollution in lower-income areas.
