Equitable Youth Outcomes Model for Informal Stem Learning

Evidence shows that informal STEM learning (ISL) participation often reproduces dominant relations of power and privilege. In other words, outcomes from ISL are not always equitable. The model can serve as a tool for recognizing equitable youth outcomes from ISL participation, for reflecting on current practice and for planning further opportunities that best support such outcomes.
