DNA Extraction

In this simulation, you will perform DNA extraction, a lab technique that is used to isolate and purify DNA from samples. You will work through the key steps that are involved in extracting human DNA from a saliva sample, including collecting samples, separating the DNA from other sample components, and cleaning the DNA to produce a purified genomic DNA sample.
