Rules of Probability

Probability quantifies how likely an event is to occur. The higher the probability, the more likely the event is to occur. This interactive scrollable explains how the Product Rule can be used to predict the probability of 2 or more independent events taking place together, and how the Sum Rule is used to determine the probability of either of 2 or more mutually exclusive events occurring.
